Hi, I'm Eva M. Kennedy
Empowerment Speaker | Leadership Development Professional | Author
I help women remember who they are so they can live, lead, and serve with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Through keynote speaking, leadership development, facilitated experiences, and coaching, I equip people and organizations with practical frameworks for navigating change, making intentional decisions, and leading with greater clarity and purpose.
A Journey That Changed Everything
For 29 years, I built a successful leadership career at Allstate Insurance Company, where I became the first African American Director in the Claims Department. Throughout my career, I led large teams, developed leaders, and guided organizations through change while helping people reach their highest potential. While those accomplishments were significant, life eventually invited me into a deeper purpose.
Everything shifted after my breast cancer diagnosis.
That experience challenged me to slow down, reflect, and reevaluate the life I was living. It became the catalyst that moved me beyond achievement and into alignment with the work I now believe I was created to do.
From Corporate Leadership to Purpose
Leaving corporate leadership wasn't simply a career change—it was a calling.
Along the way, I discovered that many women aren't lacking ability or potential. They're disconnected from themselves. They carry the weight of expectations, responsibilities, transitions, and self-doubt while slowly losing sight of who they truly are.
Today, I help women reconnect with their identity, trust what has been placed within them, and take intentional steps toward the lives they were created to live.
Whether working with corporate leaders, professional associations, nonprofit organizations, or women's leadership groups, I create engaging experiences that move people from insight to intentional action.
Signature Frameworks
My work is built around practical frameworks that help people navigate change, strengthen self-leadership, and make intentional decisions.
Remember Who You Are
A framework for reconnecting with your identity.
Values First
A framework for making intentional decisions that align with your values and what matters most.
Awareness • Acceptance • Alignment • Action
A leadership framework for moving from awareness to intentional action.
Leading Yourself First
A framework for shifting from reactive leadership to intentional leadership.
My Commitment
Life's transitions can feel overwhelming, but they also create opportunities for growth, healing, alignment, and purpose.
I believe every woman already possesses the wisdom, strength, and resilience she needs to create meaningful change. Sometimes she simply needs space to pause, reflect, and remember who she truly is.
Because the greatest transformation isn't becoming someone new.
It's remembering who you already are.
